The City of Racine Common Council voted to approve the proposed 2026 water utility operations and maintenance budget and the proposed 2026–2035 capital improvement plan on Nov. 6. The motion was moved by Alder Horton and seconded by Alder Frasier; the roll-call vote recorded in the transcript was 13 ayes and 1 no.
