The Planning Commission approved the final plat for Phase 2 of Abundance Point, a subdivision off Abundance Way and Camper Club Road. Staff reported the development is zoned R-4 (recreational residential) and the final plat adds seven residential lots with minimum lot sizes of 0.98 acres and an average lot size of about 1.67 acres. The development will use private roads, wells and septic systems; the remaining road construction is bonded to county standards. Staff recommended approval and the commission voted to carry the motion.
