Court approves plats and authorizes material-testing agreement for county projects
Commissioners approved plats for Bagwell Additions Lots 1 and 2 and Cooper Ranch commercial Lots A–J, and authorized a client-service addendum with Atlas Technical Consultants LLC for material testing (caliche, asphalt and related services).

County staff reported that plats for Bagwell Additions Lots 1 and 2 and Cooper Ranch commercial Lots A–J had been reviewed and were ready for final approval. Commissioner Rackler moved and Commissioner Dolby seconded approval of the Bagwell Additions plats; the court approved them for filing. The Cooper Ranch commercial plat was likewise approved after staff attested to review and acceptance.
