Redevelopment staff (Speaker 3) told the Clay City Redevelopment Commission that a downtown parcel now used mainly as a rarely used parking lot — and occasionally by the dance studio next door — could be redeveloped and that staff had drafted a request for proposals (RFP) reflecting the county’s plan to vacate nearby probation offices by the end of the year.
