Prescott Valley Planning & Zoning Commission elects new chair and vice chair

The Prescott Valley Planning and Zoning Commission elected new officers during its Nov. 10 meeting. Commissioner King moved to elect Commissioner Herb as chair; Commissioner Grassi seconded and the roll call vote recorded unanimity. Commissioner King then moved to elect Commissioner Joe Huot as vice chair; that motion also passed by roll call.
The commission approved minutes from the Sept. 8, 2025 regular meeting earlier in the agenda by motion of Commissioner Huot and a second from Vice Chair Herb.
Actions taken were standard procedural items; no policy decisions were made on the Government Tank general plan amendment during the same meeting. The commission adjourned after officer elections.
