During the Oct. 8 meeting the Emery County Planning and Zoning Commission voted to approve the Phelps Minor Subdivision after staff confirmed a prior plat typo had been corrected (the parcel area was corrected from 0.27 acres to 2.7 acres). Speaker 3 moved to approve the subdivision with the changes; the motion was seconded and the commission voted unanimously in favor.
The commission also adopted the September meeting minutes by unanimous voice vote earlier in the meeting. Staff noted clerical steps remain for recording the corrected plat and asked to be notified when recording is complete so that the administrative record can be updated.
Ending: The meeting adjourned after a final motion to close.
