KB Rentals LLC presented a sketch plan to subdivide 25.27 acres on Old Riggs Mill Road into 21 single‑family lots with 42 duplex units. EMC Engineering’s Cody Rogers said the design includes detention, no FEMA flood zone impacts, and a planned community well sited at the property corner; sidewalks, curb and gutter, and roads meeting county standards were shown.
