Bulloch County planning staff presented a conditional‑use application from New South Development to construct three self‑storage buildings at 9384 Highway 301 S. Nicholas (Nick) McCall, filling in as agent, said the parcel is zoned for highway‑commercial uses but requested removal of a staff‑recommended paving condition because converting gravel to asphalt would increase stormwater runoff and enlarge the detention pond.
