Commissioners approved several routine action items and extensions: a two‑year extension for a resort‑hotel project (Shopoff/McCarthy), an extension for a cannabis lounge, a Murphy USA gas station design review, subdivision waivers/tentative maps, temporary construction laydown yards and a storage addition for a place of worship (conditioned).
