Pottawattamie County approves preliminary plat for Wonder Ridge subdivision
The Pottawattamie County Board of Supervisors approved the preliminary plat for the Wonder Ridge subdivision in Hazeldale Township after a public hearing, adding a third lot and authorizing Planning & Zoning Resolution 2025-02. Planning staff said the plat creates a 5-acre home site, a 7-acre grain-bin lot and a ~46-acre residual farm parcel.
