Committee amends Ordinance 5996 to include agricultural parcels

The Finance and Audit Committee approved an amendment to Ordinance 5996 to change references from "residential and commercial" to "residential, agricultural, and commercial" to ensure agricultural parcels with outstanding appeals are included; the committee will send the revised text to counsel for a legal opinion.
