Council debates standard committee sizes, term limits and public-noticing rules

Councilors revisited a recently approved board-and-committee policy: members expressed a preference to standardize core committee size to five, questioned term limits given the town’s small population, and asked staff to clarify Utah Public Notice posting requirements and OneDrive/website access before amending the policy.
