County Attorney (Speaker 4) told the Franklin County Board of Supervisors she has been in the office a little over a year and has "at least 154 open cases in Franklin County right now," including 17 felony cases, 6 aggravated misdemeanors, 11 OWIs, 12 serious misdemeanors, 19 simple misdemeanors and 33 non‑scheduled traffic matters. She said 17 juvenile cases and a range of mental‑health and substance‑use matters make up the remainder.
