A motion by Councilor Devine, seconded by Councilor Campbell, approved a $2,750 gift from various donors to the DARE program; the clerk called the roll and affirmative responses were recorded.
Councilor Nanny moved to approve the prior meeting minutes, seconded by Councilor Campbell; a voice vote was taken and the chair said, "Ayes have it."
The city clerk also reported two traffic requests to send to the ordinance committee: removing a left-turn on Fort Curtis Ave at Washington Court and adding two stop signs on Arnold St at 5th Ave to create a four-way stop.
Ending: These routine items were approved or referred during the Nov. 10 meeting; the council adjourned and scheduled its next regular meeting for Monday, Nov. 17 at 6:30 p.m.
