The Rockwall County Commissioners Court unanimously approved a $4,713.25 purchase to relocate three L3 Harris radio antennas to the sheriff’s office roof and approved Prime Contract Change Order No. 5 with SCI Construction for saw‑cuts and ceiling work in the sheriff’s renovation.
