Three Rivers board moves forward on personnel and athletics items including termination and wrestling trip
At the Nov. 11 meeting the board presented and approved consent agenda items including hires for substitute bus drivers, two teacher retirements effective May 23, 2026, the termination of a bus driver effective Nov. 6, 2025, approval of a home-instructor contract, athletic supplemental contracts and an overnight wrestling trip to Defiance High.

District staff (Speaker 6) read the personnel and athletics consent agenda (items a–k), which included recommended hires for substitute bus drivers (Jamie Ward and James Willingham) with an initial sub non-CDL rate of $17.85 per hour rising to the sub-CDL rate of $21.32 per hour once training and verification are complete; the transportation supervisor was tasked with notifying the treasurer when CDLs are completed.
