"Plans are scheduled to be paid following tonight's board meeting," Jeanette said, and she noted that deposit and expense details had been shared with board members via the board packet for review.
The treasurer's report included three deposits in October totaling $323,096.47 and $4.42 in interest; presented expenses for October and November were listed in the packet. The figures were presented for board review; no separate motion was required beyond routine acceptance in the meeting.
