District technology staff presented a recommendation to refresh district laptops and desktops. Staff said the last significant laptop purchase occurred in May 2021 and the last desktop purchase was in 2019; the equipment is beyond the district's typical three- to four-year replacement cycle. Technology staff recommended replacing devices on an oldest-first basis across the district and aligning future purchases with a regular rotation.
