The City Council on Oct. 28 approved a Planned Development amendment (PD‑107) for Redden Farms Phase 2A/2B East. The amendment covers about 49.76 acres and revises a previously approved layout, reducing the number of single‑family lots from 171 to 137 and adding eight open‑space lots.
