Baltimore County panel denies reclassification for Loch Raven parcel, orders mapping correction for Joppa Road sliver

A Baltimore County hearing panel on an administrative petition concluded that petitioners failed to show the legal standard for reclassifying the main parcel at 8635 Loch Raven Boulevard but agreed to correct a small mapping error affecting a sliver along East Joppa Road.
