Pleasant View RDA takes no action on proposed incentive pending county-funded study
At a Redevelopment Agency meeting convened during the council session, the RDA held a public hearing on a proposal to consider incentives for a commercial project but voted to take no action after learning Weber County and the Northern Utah Economic Alliance may fund a consultant study. The RDA will revisit the matter after receiving the study.

Pleasant View — The Pleasant View Redevelopment Agency met Oct. 28 and held a public hearing on a proposed incentive package for a private development project. After discussion and new information that Weber County and the Northern Utah Economic Alliance may fund a consultant to analyze financial impacts and tax projections, the RDA voted to take no action and defer any commitment until the study is complete.
