At the Oct. 27 meeting the Cascade City Council voted to adjourn regular session and move into a closed session. The motion to go into closed session was made by Gail and seconded by Oliphant; roll-call votes were taken with each councilmember recorded as "Aye." The council then stated, "We are in closed session." The transcript does not record the subject matter or length of the closed session.
