Lebanon — The Lebanon Board of Public Works and Safety on Oct. 14 approved a series of contracts and professional‑services items intended to advance local drainage, right‑of‑way work and downtown planning.
The board unanimously approved awarding the County Road 100 South/County Road 400 East drainage project to SLB Pipe Solutions, the staff‑identified low bidder. City Engineer Kevin Kralik told the board the apparent low bid was $282,410.51 and recommended the award "to them," subject to final legal review and execution of contract documents.
Why it matters: the drainage work is intended to move stormwater from the County Road 400 East area down to Neese Ditch and is part of the city’s short‑term stormwater project list. Kralik said staff had checked references and found SLB qualified for the scale of the project.
