Conroe council adopts expanded permit and service fee increases after public hearing
After a public hearing with builders and residents, the Conroe City Council voted to amend Appendix A of the municipal code to increase and add fees across building, fire, streets/ROW, taps, signs, subdivisions, telecom towers and mitigation (chapters 14, 30, 58, 70, 82, 90, 94, 98 and 102) to better recover city costs and fund permitting improvements.
