The Monroe County Circuit Court convened for a docket session that produced multiple plea agreements, diversion referrals and scheduling orders. Judge David Williams presided and repeatedly confirmed defendants’ identities, advised on constitutional rights, and set negotiation and sentencing dates, most commonly for Dec. 5 (negotiation) and Dec. 15 (sentencing or follow-up).
