Redevelopment commission adopts 2026 spending plan and opens hearings on TIF appropriation
The commission approved the 2026 spending plan and adopted Resolution 2025-07 (additional appropriations of TIF funds). Staff projected roughly $3.5 million in next-year TIF revenue and identified about $16.5 million available for capital expenditures; debt service and bond schedules were also reviewed.
