Planning commission approves reduced setbacks for Vaughn Ranch farm winery in Pierce
The Cochise County Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously approved a special-use authorization allowing Vaughn Ranch (owner Joseph Monks) to operate a farm winery with reduced setbacks from property lines; staff found nine factors in favor and recommended conditions limiting the exemption to small farm-winery activities.
