Lincoln County commissioners voted Nov. 13 to approve the final plat for Phase 3 of the Long Cove Subdivision, a request from Susan Ogletree doing business as KMAGA LLC. Director Seymour told the board the Planning Commission heard the request on Nov. 10 and recommended approval; the parcel is Map 53 Parcel 080 on Highway 220 and is approximately 119.39 acres in A-3 zoning with nine proposed lots, each with paved road frontage.
