Official flags eroded compactor pad; recommends replacing pad and fixing drainage

Speaker 1, an unnamed meeting participant, told the meeting that steel wheels have eroded the concrete under a compactor and created crevices where water collects. "Over the years, those steel wheels have actually... they eroded little trails in that concrete and so we have crevices where the water collects," Speaker 1 said, describing how the trapped water is lifting the slab.
