Human Resources staff presented findings from a job classification review focused on the Sheriff's Office as part of the county's triennial review process. Staff explained the review process (job description questionnaires, analysis, review with departments and an appeal process) and said 17 classifications were reviewed with eight recommended changes. The county noted the changes affect roughly 179 full-time equivalents and that implementation would occur in January with step adjustments tied to anniversary dates.
