Jackson County awards county farm lease to Anthony J. Rice after competitive bidding
On Nov. 18, 2025 the Jackson County Board of Supervisors awarded the county farm lease to Anthony J. Rice for $126,000 per year for three years after an on-the-floor competitive bidding process and brief financial verification. The board approved the award unanimously and staff will prepare lease paperwork; first payment due March 1.
