No public opposition was recorded, and a motion to approve passed 7–0.
A second request, for a lake-lease property in the Twin Lake area (case CUP0425), was presented as a city-owned lake lease currently leased by the applicant, Will Jones. Staff again reported public notices and no protests, recommended approval, and the applicant attended the hearing to answer questions. The commission approved the permit 7–0.
Staff made no additional conditions on record for either permit during the hearing. The commission did not record any separate findings beyond staff recommendations; both actions were entered into the record as motions that carried unanimously.
