The Sandy Springs City Council unanimously approved a Metropolitan River Protection Act certificate for river-corridor review at 215 Huntcliff Terrace (agenda item 2025-266). Mayor Paul moved the measure after the planning and zoning manager’s report; Dr. Kelly made the motion and Mr. Paulson seconded. The clerk called the question and the item was approved.
