APC recommends approvals for several minor subdivisions, an ordinance tweak and planned developments

The commission approved two separate two‑year primary approval extensions for small, four‑lot minor subdivisions: S 4950 (Bridge Creek Ridge) and S 4959 (Buck Creek). Staff said drainage approvals and floodplain boundary certification had delayed final plotting; petitioner Bob Gross (RW Gross & Associates) asked for the extensions and the commission recorded unanimous ballots recommending approval.
