Staff presented the request and described the change as a minor cleanup that does not reconfigure existing lots. "We don't recommend any conditions for approval, and we recommend approval," said Speaker 2. Staff also said the adjustment would not have a fiscal impact due to its limited scale.

Speaker 4 moved to recommend the CSM to the village board; the motion was seconded and carried following voice votes. The commission's recommendation advances the CSM to the village board for final action.

The meeting record shows no substantive debate on the map itself; staff noted the subject properties lie within Tax Increment District Number 7 and that the applicant currently markets the parcels for sale. The next step is consideration by the village board.
