The Mount Pleasant Plan Commission met Nov. 19, 2025, recommended approval of the Carrington Boulevard/Kilborn Gardens certified survey map and discussed a package of proposed zoning updates including sidewalk ordinance changes, consolidation of environmental overlay districts (Article 200), and revisions to residential lot/density standards. Staff will draft ordinance language and return for further review.
