The City of Milton Community Redevelopment Agency opened its meeting with procedural business and brief council updates. Speaker 1 called the meeting to order and moved to approve minutes from Oct. 23; Speaker 2 moved the substantive motion and Speaker 1 recorded a second, identifying the mover and seconder as Councilwoman Powell and Councilwoman Fredwell. "Unanimously approved by all the members," Speaker 1 said after the minutes vote.
