Board approves minutes, claims and payroll authorizations
Summary

Unidentified Speaker 1 moved to approve minutes for Nov. 3, Nov. 4 and Nov. 5, 2025; Unidentified Speaker 2 seconded. After no further discussion both recorded 'Aye' and the motion carried.
Unidentified Speaker 1 then moved to approve claims with amounts stated in the meeting: $10,566.39 (claims), $22,665.14 (ACH), $40,231.21 (EFT wire) and a wire of $2,282,984.88, for a total of $2,356,447.62. Unidentified Speaker 2 seconded; after no discussion the board approved the claims.
Later, after an announced public comment period with no speakers, Unidentified Speaker 1 moved to approve payroll authorizations on the employee change roster; Unidentified Speaker 2 seconded and the motion passed with recorded 'Aye' votes.
All the above motions were recorded as passed with 'Aye' votes by the two board speakers present. The meeting then adjourned.
