Board staff presented the proposed 2026 meeting and submission schedule and asked the board to approve aligning meeting dates with the commissioners' calendar. Ken Hill moved to approve the 2026 meeting schedule and submission schedule; the motion was seconded and the board discussed minor errors in the packet (several dates repeated from 2025). The board agreed to correct those date errors and to finalize the schedule at the next meeting.
