Purchasing recommended Synergy Partners for the 2026 county fuel contract as the most competitive bid; commissioners approved the award and contract will take effect Jan. 1 to allow Synergy to install tanks at locations the county does not own.

Warrick County purchasing staff presented the evaluation of fuel contract bids and recommended awarding the 2026 fuel contract to Synergy Partners based on competitive pricing for both firm and flex pricing. Purchasing said Synergy would install new tanks and pumps at nine locations currently owned by the incumbent supplier, and the county has the option to lock in gallon volumes at flex pricing.
