Warrick County board conditionally approves release of Lexington subdivision security
The Warrick County Drainage Board approved release of the bank-held security for the long-delayed Lexington subdivision, contingent on agreed field modifications being finished and verified by Nov. 24; the board will require a surveyor’s report before final acceptance.

Jordan Eichner, an engineer with Eichner Engineering, asked the Warrick County Drainage Board on Oct. 23 to accept drainage and streets for the Lexington subdivision and to consider a contingent approval to avoid repeated return visits. "I would request that we would get that accepted both for this board and the commissioners," Eichner said, urging the board to allow acceptance subject to field completion.
