The Public Works Committee voted Nov. 20 to send Proposal 3‑49 to the full Indianapolis City-County Council with a do-pass recommendation. The package includes a $5,000,000 additional appropriation overall, a $1,500,000 intra-department transfer and a $1,000,000 reduction in other DPW budget lines to finance higher fleet maintenance costs, DPW operations, facility needs and early snow response.
