BPAC approves amended 2026 draft work plan and requests an additional Safe Routes to School update

On Nov. 20 the Bicycle & Pedestrian Advisory Commission voted to recommend City Council approve the BPAC draft 2026 work plan with a narrowly framed amendment: add a Safe Routes to School update in spring 2026 (April) that reflects newer survey data and outreach results.
