Ada County opens multiple bids for park and facility work; awards tabled to Oct. 21

For Barber Park Greenbelt improvements (Bid 26002) staff read six total bid amounts into the record, including Sunny Bridal Construction LLC at $230,678.75; La Riviere, Inc. at $292,158.50; Barrier Building at $311,000; Bridal Incorporated at $319,900; Windsphere Construction at $365,000; and Hawkeye Builders at $439,500. The board approved tabling award to Oct. 21, 2025 to give staff time to review.
For the Ada County Victim Services stairs and ramp rebid (Bid 26005) five bids were read: Moreno & Nelson Construction Corporation $294,925; Bulldog Excavation $299,900; Optimum Build Group $322,150; Bridal Brothers Building Company $400,050; and EKC Inc. $611,113. The board directed staff to review the bids and tabled award to Oct. 21, 2025.
