The Land Use committee reviewed an incremental zoning ordinance rewrite and advanced several zoning map amendments (bills 25-57, 25-47, 25-52, 25-53, 25-54, 25-43, 25-50) by voice vote or to subsequent readings; applicants offered site-plan buffering or voluntary fence/buffer commitments in some cases.
