Carroll County supervisors approve three plats

Board member (S3) moved to approve the three plats and Board member (S4) seconded. "If not, I'll make a motion to approve the plats," said Board member (S3). The chair called for a voice vote; Board member (S1) responded "Aye," and the chair stated the motion carries.
