After a public hearing with no public speakers, the East Ridge City Council approved Ordinance 12-36 on second and final reading to rezone 416 Donaldson Road from R-1 to R-2 to recognize an existing duplex as conforming.

The East Ridge City Council voted Nov. 13 to adopt Ordinance 12-36, rezoning the property at 416 Donaldson Road (tax map 156-L-009) from R-1 single-family residential to R-2 duplex residential.
