Planning Commission Approves Final Plat for Valley View Plat 3
The Norwalk City Planning and Zoning Commission on Oct. 27 unanimously approved the final plat for Valley View plat 3, a 30-lot single-family subdivision that adds Canyon Drive between West Wright Road and Walnut Drive. Staff and the applicant described parkland, grading and a trail easement; commissioners asked about drainage and usability of parkland.
