Commissioners unanimously approved a proclamation declaring October 2025 Domestic Violence Awareness Month in Crook County after a brief presentation by Joanna Gardner, regional services manager with Saving Grace. Gardner described Saving Grace’s services for people who have experienced domestic violence and asked the board to declare the observance to raise public awareness and support prevention and response efforts.
