Oconee planning commission forwards multiple rezones and variance with conditions; Chapman subdivision request approved
On Nov. 17 the Oconee County Planning Commission forwarded several rezoning and special-use items to the Board/City Council with staff-recommended or amended conditions, approved a variance for shared access/drainage, and recommended approval of a contested Chapman rezoning so the owner can split six acres into two 3‑acre parcels.
